Hey are the Hulk Dogs pretty rare?

I saw one for the first time today at KB and since it was only 4.99 I had to pick it up. I've only seen a picture of this thing before Are they pretty rare to find?

its pretty cool. it growls and moves its jaws. I think EQ must have been the only one I've heard of that had one and I'm guessing it was a picture of his that I saw it in. guess I'll keep him carded until I find out more about it. Still have never found the Abomination after looking through a million Hulk figures
